On Friday, May 7th from 11:45PM EDT, we will be conducting routine server maintenance and upgrading hardware on the server environment for performance and scalability. We anticipate this planned downtime will take approximately 2 hours.
During this time, your system will be temporarily paused from uploading documents and pulling results. Check status.ocrolus.com to see when downtime is complete and Ocrolus is accessible again.
