A software deployment caused a degradation in performance for our human-in-the-loop document verification system starting around 8:30am ET. Document verification functionality was fully restored at 9:27am ET after the deployment was rolled back. As a result, 174 documents were not verified on time. The Ocrolus API and Dashboard were not affected by this incident.
