The Ocrolus API failed intermittently with 502 errors with the majority of the errors occurring between 11:15am and 2:35pm ET, and between 5:20pm and 5:50pm ET. These errors were caused by an automated data aggregation process that caused some API application servers to restart. API calls routed to an application server that was in the process of restarting would have received a 502 error. The Ocrolus Dashboard also makes calls to the Ocrolus API, so Dashboard users may have encountered errors during those time windows as well. The automated data aggregation process has been modified to prevent it from causing this problem.
