Two software deployments had a negative impact on the Ocrolus API endpoints used for fetching pay stub data (/v2/document/{doc_uuid}/paystub and /v2/book/{book_uuid}/paystub). The first software deployment at 8:59am ET resulted in an empty response object being returned, and was rolled back at 12:31pm ET. The second software deployment at 2:25pm ET resulted in an error message being returned ("Error fetching final result from paystub service"), and was rolled back at 3:02pm ET. The same API endpoints are used by the Ocrolus Dashboard, so customers using the Dashboard during those two time windows would have seen errors when clicking on pay stubs.
